“Luna” which translates to “Moon” is an exploration of duality. Juxtaposing the Moon Goddess with the dark and sinister Black Widow. I enjoy making images of beautiful women with a subversive twist. Hiding the Black Widow in my work is half the fun. You don’t quite know why the image is both moody and tranquil until you spot the spider lurking in the piece. Much like the moon, there is a dark side to everything, equally matching its beauty.
