After High School and through most of my college years. I worked at Haagen Dazs, Downtown Disney from 2002-2008’ish. I lived in Carson, drove to Santa Monica for college then drove to Anaheim for work, pretty much every day. I would sometimes get my schedule mixed up, and would sometimes show up an hour or two early to work. When that happened I’d walk into Disneyland (cast members get in for free) and jumped on Pirates Of The Caribbean to kill time. To this day it stills carry’s the escapism I felt as a child. The immersiveness is unbeatable, The Haunted Mansion comes in close 2nd, maybe because they’re both 25 minutes long, or more. Pirates is a classic. The smell of chlorinated water and swashbuckling pirates never gets old… Who’s got some Rum!?!
