Francisco Reyes Jr., also known as Never Made, is a Los Angeles-born and raised artist and designer whose work spans fine art, limited edition screen prints, merchandise, and large-scale murals. With over 15 years of experience in graphic design, Francisco’s roots in music and skateboarding shaped a relentless DIY ethic that continues to guide his creative path.
After earning a degree in graphic design, Francisco worked odd jobs by day and honed his skills by night—eventually landing an internship at Studio Number One, the creative hub of his biggest inspiration, Shepard Fairey. That opportunity turned into a full-time position, where he worked alongside leading talents like Cleon Peterson and had the honor of collaborating directly with Fairey himself.
After 11 years at what he once considered his dream job, Francisco took the plunge—leaving the studio to pursue life as an independent artist. He launched Design Bedroom, his own design agency, while continuing to evolve Never Made into a platform for personal expression, social commentary, and visual storytelling. The move marked a pivotal step in his journey and underscored his belief that nothing is ever handed to you—everything is earned.
Under the Never Made banner, Francisco has created art and collaborated with a wide range of brands, artists, and institutions including: Shepard Fairey, Obey Clothing, Market, The Hundreds, Johnny Cupcakes, Red Bull, LAFC, Mitchell & Ness, Honey, the Los Angeles Clippers, Disney, Rockstar Energy, Amplifier Foundation, Zumiez, Urban Outfitters, Deftones, Fever 333, Pintrill, Pepsi, Thrice, the Los Angeles Chargers, Ken Roczen, Violent Gentlemen, Xbox, eBay, the LA Kings, and Hot Wheels.
He has also taken on commissioned work for top clients like Lana Del Rey, Rebel 8, Primitive, Osiris, Hurley, Epitaph Records, Hellcat Records, FYF Festival, and Day N Night Festival. His work has been featured at major cultural events such as Agenda Festival, Worldwide Walls (formerly POW! WOW! Worldwide), ComplexCon, Adobe MAX, DesignerCon, SXSW, Into Action, and Family Style Fest.
As he continues to blur the lines between design agency, art, and merchandise, Francisco is steadily growing Never Made into both a brand and a visual language—rooted in the ethos that things are never made; they’re earned through discipline, hustle, and persistence.
