Because we've been doing it since about the age of 2. But in a blink of an eye that can all change. And your ability to walk can be taken away from you. An activity we take for granted. Not on purpose, walking is just something we're used to doing. Now imagine not being able to do that in an instant because of a spinal cord injury. That shit scares the fuck out of me. And makes me grateful every day for my legs and my health. Because you don't know what you have till its gone
